Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Stagnant lymph may contain old deposits of dead bacteria and toxins, therefore stimulating the lymph system helps to speed up the detoxification process. It also helps to reduce water retention and swelling in legs and ankles, improves immunity, sinus conditions, puffy eyes, skin conditions like cellulite.

Massage is one of the oldest and simplest forms of therapy. Swedish Massage improves circulation without increasing heart load and helps to induce a relaxed state. No Hands® 'Back to Basics Massage Treatment' is a new approach to massage, it will enable you to experience the transformational power inherent in touch because it is a deeply powerful touch.

Colon Plaque Massage stimulates peristalsis (wavelike muscular movements) which helps to pass colon plaque and digested food along the colon for elimination. It also stimulates any sluggish lymphatic vessels in the abdominal area.

Remedial / Sport massage is more specific and localized. It acts on the deeper tissues and is a much firmer massage. It is an effective treatment for many types of injury to help release tension and inflexibility.

Cora will be available at all of the Spain retreat weeks
