Derek is a full-time practitioner in natural therapies having studied amatsu, transformational cellular healing, cranio-sacral therapy, kinesiology, massage and martial arts. He is an amatsu trainer and facilitates transformational cellular healing groups, as well working with individuals.

Through my learning and my own personal journey I have learned that our physical structure is our biography. As we renew our body through treatment, we unlock physical pain and restriction. Often unconscious emotional aspects and hurts are released in this process. This is a great opportunity to recognise and release limiting behaviours and beliefs that have become manifest in how we hold ourselves and move in the world.

Amatsu works with the body's healing agencies to correct and align our physical structure. Postural faults, injuries, soft tissue strains (muscles, ligaments and connective tissue) and meridian imbalance are addressed.

Transformational cellular healing can take this process deeper, assisting in resolving deeply held fears and limitations and move into a place of peace, self trust and empowerment.
