Payment Terms and Conditions



Payment for the Detox programmes

A Deposit of £300 / €350 is required to secure your booking once we have confirmed availability. Please note that your booking is unconfirmed until your deposit has been received.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before the start of your retreat when you will receive an invoice for the balance of payment. It is the responsibility of the client to pay promptly and to let us know of any delays in receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment or notification of payment is not received 30 days before your retreat begins.

Payment details.

You can pay in either Pounds or Euros, via cheque, bank transfer or debit / credit card and we will send you details of the payment options as soon as we receive your booking form.

 

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your place on one of our detox weeks, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Less than 3 weeks before the retreat begins: We regret that we are unable to refund any amount. Between 3-8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, we will refund 60% of the total cost of the retreat. More than 12 weeks before the retreat begins: we will refund half of your deposit paid (£150 / €175).

Deferral of a booking: We aim to operate a fair policy and will be happy to defer your booking to another available date if you are unable to make your planned detox week. 2 months notice is required for this plus a £20 / €25 administration fee.
