About Lucy:
Lucy Dawson trained at Plaskett Nutritional Medicine Collage and Thames Valley University, where she gained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Medicine and diploma in Iridology.

Lucy understands that today's busy lifestyles make it difficult to find the time to have a "perfect" diet and this may have a negative effect on our day-to-day health. She believes that the application of sound nutritional advice can benefit everyone, and understands the importance of working with the individual and offering ongoing support to help achieve the client's desired outcome.

Lucy currently practices all aspects of nutrition, with a particular interest in optimising fertility and women's health.

She is a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) www.bant.org.uk and is also a practitioner with Foresight, the association for the promotion of pre-conceptual care www.foresight-preconception.org.uk. She regularly attends conferences and seminars presented by industry leaders in order to remain informed about the latest thinking in the field, current scientific analysis and new developments in the profession.
