About Miguel:
Miguel is qualified in Nutritional Medicine, Enviromental Science and Neuro Linguistic Programming. His aim is to make sense of the web of interconnections among your body, your genetic predisposition to health and disease, mind/spirit and environmental inputs such as psycho-social circumstances, diet, the air you breathe and the water you drink. He will provide you with a personalised nutritional programme that takes into account the sum of all of these factors, allowing you to restore balance and to regain health and vitality.

Miguel specialises in detoxification, stress, digestive disorders, hormonal/endocrine/metabolic imbalances disorders and he also runs a clinic for skin problems. You may already know him from one of the many retreats he’s done with Detox International for the last few years.

Miguel is registered with The Nutritional Therapy Council and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is an active member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, BANT, of which he is a Director and Council Member.
