About Philippa:
Many clients experience a deep healing process when using Progressive Counselling to help find solutions to the problems they have been experiencing.

Progressive Counselling empowers you to make informed choices and decisions to help you find balance and peace in your life. It helps to resolve emotional and relationship problems, mental and physical health imbalances as well as practical issues in your personal or business life.

The counselling process focuses on where you find yourself now and enables you to discover how to deal with the situations you are facing. It releases the pressure and tension associated with your situation and helps you to achieve your full potential.

Philippa is currently in training with the Self Realization Meditation and Healing Centre (SRMHC) and having completed the first stage of the Diploma is authorised to practice as a Progressive Counsellor. She is also a Nutritional Therapist and Detox Retreat Manager with many years of experience working with people with a wide range of health and emotional issues.

Philippa is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, BANT, and is a SRMHC Associate.

Consultation costs:
Current fees are £30.00 for the first consultation and £25.00 thereafter.
