Our Portugal detox retreat is at the beautiful location of Moinhos Velhos, approx. an hour from Faro airport.

The weeks here are led by nutritionists Midi Fairgrieve or Marianne Callaghan with Sandra Grieve running daily workshops in self development. And of course, many of you will know Elizabeth who will be making your juices and broth and bringing fun and laughter to the kitchen.

Accommodation:

We have a selection of single and double rooms en-suite , plus 2 wooden chalets, arranged as one a large shared room with 2 beds, with an en-suite bathroom for each person. (Total bathroom privacy!)
