Raw Food Chef, Holistic Nutrition Health Educator and Health Writer
Jeni is a graduate of The Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, a world premier in raw food culinary schools. She also trained with restaurateur, author & live food instructor Alissa Cohen and studied natural nutrition at The College of Natural Nutrition, & The College of Natural Health Sciences.
Formerly a fitness instructor, Jeni has over 20 years experience in the health industry & now specializes in contemporary organic, live food cuisine; combining all her skills and expertise to deliver comprehensive consultations and contemporary, but simple, gastronomic dishes in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and personal experience and hopes to excite and inspire others to transition to a healthier lifestyle by experiencing the amazing health benefits of including more plant based live food into their everyday diet.
