Transformation Detox Retreats
Last year we developed our detox programme to include two Transformation Detox Retreats which have a greater element of personal growth for clients who have detoxed with us (or somewhere else) at least once before.
The physical detox is the same as all our detox retreats with juices, supplements, enemas, therapies etc. but the ‘focus’ of the retreat / discussions will be less on the basics of nutrition and more on personal growth. Throughout the retreat we will be running a series of 2 hour workshops every afternoon with Sandra Grieve.
There will also be morning yoga to support the detox on all levels, but especially in the practice of being present while in movement. And last thing in the evening we will have meditation for anyone who wishes to join us.
In place of the individual nutrition consultations which we offer on all our other retreats, clients will be able to have instead an individual session with Sandra (inc. in the price of the retreat). Any nutritional questions will still be answered throughout the week by the nutritionist present, who will also be guiding you through your detox.
Towards the end of the week we will include a ‘silent day’ which will really help you to go deeper into your process. (You will be able to talk in therapy sessions and the workshops though!)

“We each have our own ways of being in the world; patterns of behaviour, patterns of relationships, patterns of beliefs.
So, how did these patterns emerge? Are they useful? Do some of them hold us back?
In this series of workshops we will explore our memories and understanding of how we came into this world and how that very early experience of being in the womb and being born has informed our personal patterns.
This workshop will be of interest to individuals who want to get in touch with their early experience as a means of making sense of their life patterns. Psychodrama is active, energising, healing and often fun.”
Sandra Grieve is a Person Centred Therapist, Psychodramatist and Supervisor. She works with both children and adults in groups and individually. She is UKCP registered and an accredited trainer with the British Psychodrama Association. Sandra has attended several detox retreats as a client and has a great understanding of the detox process and the way in which her workshops can enhance your detox experience.
